I highly recommend Jared and Made 2 Move Fitness to anyone who needs a more personalized approach in a low key, comfortable environment. I knew I needed a training situation that was personalized and one on one. I do not like large, corporate gyms that focus on machines and TV screens. I have started and stopped programs in the past when they proved to be a bad fit. I joined a group fitness class through work led by Jared. In four weeks, we covered exercise, nutrition, sleep, and home practice. Jared made everything accessible and easy to understand. I saw positive results in a short time that I will be able to continue on my own at home. Very motivating, would highly recommend.

I began working with Jared after a recommendation from a close friend. After meeting Jared for the first time I immediately knew that he was “different”. Jared helps you to understand the complete picture – from body type – to best workouts and why – to nutrition. He has really helped me to change my life in a very positive way. I highly recommend Jared and the Made 2 Move Fitness program!

I met with Jared and learned more about nutrition and fitness in an hour than I have in my lifetime. I’m very much looking forward to working with him in the Daddy Fit program. I especially appreciate his direct, simple no nonsense approach to nutrition and fitness. This is a program I can incorporate into my busy life. Very knowledgable, personable, honest and thoughtful. I highly recommend his services!

I trained here this summer with Jared Byer and have seen great results in a short amount of time. He is extremely knowledgeable and will push you to your limits! All the trainers here are friendly and I highly recommend this place if you want to get in shape.

I am so happy I joined Made to Move Fitness. The group classes are challenging, fun and change every time I go. I have been going for 2 months and I can definitely see results. The workouts are great for toning and fat-burning. I love that the classes are small. I’ve been in groups of 2 up to 7, it’s a great workout every time.
It’s very easy for me to lose motivation with a workout routine, but so far I have been fully motivated every time. I am always looking forward to the classes and I always feel great when I leave. Jared is very knowledgeable and can answer any fitness or nutrition questions you have. His studio is very inviting and comfortable.
If anyone is hesitant I’d say just try a few classes, you won’t regret it! I am so happy I found this place.

Made 2 Move Fitness in Williamsville provides programs and activities that are fun and enjoyable. Jared Byer is very professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for exercise programs with comfortable surroundings, I would recommend Made 2 Move Fitness.

Jared Byer is truly an excellent trainer. He is the perfect combination of tough and warm and he works with the whole person…mentally, emotionally, and physically. He would encourage me to make better choices in my life. Often times we would talk about nutrition during our training sessions and he would give really great advice on healthier choices. He also turned me on to watching documentaries regarding health and nutrition. I found myself watching the documentaries that he recommended and we would discuss the topic during the fitness training sessions. It is a great balance of working out and talking about lifestyle changes. I was making healthier choices and have better balance in my life. I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend M2M!! Trainers are knowledgeable and very good at pushing you outside of your comfort zone, but within your limits to get the most out of the sessions. Their nutrition advice, class structure, and training was the foundation I needed to jump start my fitness routine again after having my kids.

The group fitness classes are fun and rewarding! Jared makes the time go by quick and keeps it different for every class. The atmosphere is inviting and a great place to get active and meet your health and weight loss goals.

I started to exercise in the small group training sessions 6 weeks ago. I’ve had wonderful results. While I was hesitant to train due to a back injury, Jared’s attention to my individual needs in a group setting have helped me tremendously. The gym is clean and has an inviting atmosphere.
I highly recommend this experience for those that are ready to make a change for the better.

Have no doubt, I wouldn’t write this unsolicited recommendation if I didn’t mean it, and besides the satisfaction, I am not getting anything in return.
Jared Byer is a true health, wellness AND fitness subject matter expert. He understands the inter-relationship of the body’s various systems. He practices what he preaches. Respect.
From the first assessment, he gets a baseline of where you are, takes the time to understand where you want to be, and masterfully charts the course of how you get there. All you have to do is SHOW UP. Brilliant.
I’ve observed him challenge people in the way they respond best. If you’re training in a group, he creates a lighthearted atmosphere. Having fun while getting healthy–who knew?! Jared.
Thanks to Jared Byer, not only am I healthier, and I am more knowledgeable. He has helped change my life for the better.

This is a comfortable setting with friendly, caring people. Jared is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of health, wellness and personal training. The focus here is on helping people live a better, healthier, happier life. It’s not about a fad or something you push/force yourself into…it’s a lasting change. I’ve been training with Jared for the past 5 years, and it had been a complete pleasure working with him. He is very knowledgable about not only in all different facets of health from exercises to diet. Made 2 Move fitness is one of the top facilities in Buffalo, and you will not be disappointed. Comfortable environment, Professional staff, and availability is flexible. Great place to lose weight in a personal setting and find out more. I learned so much here and I look forward to coming back for more classes and sessions. Fun place to be and fun people to be around! Many benefits on health, fitness, and nutrition. Highly recommend!
